reCOOPERate PT is an at home physical therapy rehab program created by Dr. Jason Cooper, a physical therapist based in New York City. With the goal to make physical therapy more accessible and convenient, these exercise programs make it easy for anyone at any skill level to improve pains and ailments at their own pace.
Dr. Jason Cooper graduated in 2013 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of California San Francisco, and has an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from Westmont College. He specializes in musculoskeletal impairments, manual therapy, and exercise prescription, and takes an evidenced based approach to get patients back to what they love to do. Dr. Cooper has advanced training as a strength and conditioning coach, and has worked with athletes ranging from their first try out to professional levels. He is known for his bedside manner and for being a good listener, he sees himself as a coach, mentor, and motivator to help people improve and resolve musculoskeletal impairments.
