The labrum in your hip is the rim around the socket. Sometimes this tissue is damaged and can cause pain in the front or side of the hip. The purpose of this program is to improve the strength around the hip joint to give it more stability. In this way you will use the muscular system to create more hip stability rather than just relying on the anatomical structure of the labrum.
