FAQs

Common questions about scheduling, location, and what to expect when you reach out.

How is this different from typical physical therapy?

You get one-on-one time with a DPT for the full session. No aides, no rotating between multiple patients, and no generic exercise sheets. We use manual therapy, objective testing, and sport-specific programming to build a plan around your goals.

Do you take insurance?

We're cash-based and do not participate in insurance networks. We accept HSA and FSA, and we provide superbills so you can submit for out-of-network reimbursement if your plan allows.

How many visits will I need?

We have a 2 month plan for more simple conditions, a 3 month plan for most people, and a 5 month plan for more chronic issues, post surgical, or people with multiple issues, and race prep. We really focus on outcomes, not on the amount of visits

Do you work with runners training for marathons?

Yes. We specialize in running PT with gait analysis and return-to-run planning. We help you modify your training plan around setbacks, prevent future injuries, and build capacity so you can stay consistent through race day.

Where are you located, and is parking available?

We're located at 122 W 26th St in NYC, above Buffalo Exchange and across from the Holiday Inn. We serve patients from West Village, Chelsea, Flatiron, and surrounding neighborhoods. Public transit access is convenient via nearby subway lines. There is metered street parking, and a paid parking structure on the block.
